My dad and I will be taking part in the Big Coastal Walk 2026 on the 5th of September to raise money for a charity that has made a huge difference in my career. When I decided to undertake a Level 6 Degree in Oncology, I reached out to the Evie Dove Foundation for support. They generously helped to fund both my course and my travel expenses to London, making it possible for me to pursue this incredible opportunity. As many of us know, cancer can have a profound impact on individuals and families. This is one of the reasons I became passionate about learning more about oncology. By developing my knowledge and understanding, I am better equipped to support the children in my care who have been diagnosed with this life-changing illness, as well as provide support to their families during some of their most challenging times. My dad and I both enjoy walking, so we thought the Big Coastal Walk would be the perfect way to challenge ourselves while raising funds for a cause that means so much to us. I would love the opportunity to give back to the foundation that helped me achieve my goals. Without their support, I would not be where I am today in my career, and I will always be grateful for the difference they have made.
