It’s crunch time in the February stakes…….last gameweek of the month and as we stand the big guns are battling it out for the cash prize with Netflix and Chilwell just 3 points ahead of Uptown Dunk and FC Toni Basel is only 2 points further back……so it is a massive midweek bonanza for them……..and also those below them with only 19 points between the top 10 places……..Good luck everyone!!
Meanwhile whilst the Premier League might be almost all over bar the shouting the Evie Dove League is still wide open………the Assistant Manager chip continued to pay dividends with Hurzeler (12 points), Slot (10 points), Emery (8 points) all helping the teams in the upper echelons cement their position with Netflix and Chilwell, EnzOh No You Didn’t, and Uptown Dunk now forming the top three……… albeit a special shout out for FC Toni Basel, Zirkzee Lannister, In the Mudryk, Might Deligt Later, Didier Dshamps, Smith-Rowe Your Boat, Phylas Winnas who all gambled on Oliver Glasner and got a massive 20 points………..who’d have thought he’d get 20 points more than Mikel Arteta………sorry to mention that Crystal Pellis!!! Meanwhile is it the endo the line for Endo the Line? The only team in the top ten not to play their AM chip……have they (I!) missed the boat or will the more patient strategy pay off……..we shall see!!!

In the last game of the gameweek, Fulham v Man Utd, we also learned that Amorim would now sooner play his 68 year old goalkeeping coach than 27 year old Marcus Rashford………that’s probably a sign that it is time to transfer him out of your team…….yes I’m talking to you Birdy, you are not going to win that bet with him in your team!! ………..
It turns out however that you were right all along…….Rashford is back…..9 points last gameweek…….and he looks like he is flying for Villa……..great work Birdy……keep it up…….with decision making like that you might even win that bet 🙂
