FA cup is done…….Champions League is done……you’ve seen all those players in your team notch goals that count for nothing in the Fantasy Football…….and now we are back to the real thing……well when I say we are back….we did lose a few along the way…….Mateta got the full Millwall treatment, Cunha showed he has not quite learnt his lesson from spectaclesgate, and Anthony Gordon managed to count himself out of two cup competitions in one moment of madness….as a result if they are in your teams, it might be time to look elsewhere, making things even more complicated as all our focus was already on Blank Gameweek 29 when all Liverpool, Newcastle, Villa and Palace players will also be missing.

Captaincy this week looks on paper like a straight choice between Salah v Southampton and Palmer v Leicester…….or will Salah be rested between two Champions league games, and equally when will Palmer rediscover his form, a hatful of missed chances v Leicester the latest tale of woe for the chilled Manc?

In the February stakes Netflix and Chilwell, picked up their second monthly crown of what has been a momentous season so far, they also now lead the league by a huge 61 points……are they home and hosed or can they be caught with 11 gameweeks to go?? Also pocketing a cash prize were lucas team and FC Toni Basel……congratulations to you all, and on we move to the March stakes…..just two gameweeks in March so important to hit the ground running this weekend!
