Gameweek 13 done…….the third highest average score of the season (60 points) and some big individual scores……… Brentford’s Schade notched 23 points, the second highest individual score of the season……. sadly no-one in the Evie Dove League had the German in their squad……….followed by Bournemouth’s Kluivert with 20 points……three of you did have him albeit The V Team somehow managed to pick him and then bench him……..20 points from one player on your bench ………that is agonising!!!! V Team were only outdone by MarkRashfood.com who had a weekend wrecking 29 points in reserve with clean sheet Sanchez (7), goalscoring defender Gabriel (9), and two goal Strand Larsen (11) all getting splinters…….bad luck you two……….. fortunately we have another gameweek coming thick and fast to get over your woes!
Captaincy has now swung in the direction of Salah (65 of you) v Haaland (43 of you)……whilst 10 of you got a very nice 36 captaincy points from Bukayo Saka who is bang in form now his mate Odergaard is back, as Arsenal notched five goals against surely soon to be managerless West Ham.
And of course that man Salah struck again, another 13 points kept up his incredible average……can you afford to not have him in your team? His ownership is now 59% which still feels pretty low, Haaland is at 47% and dropping like a stone. Talking of City did anyone else think it was weird that in response to cries of “you’re getting sacked in the morning” he responded by holding up six fingers…..no need Pep……we are all well aware of the fact that City have lost SIX games in their last seven……what a run……….no need to remind us, we are all keeping count mate!!!
