Right that’s it, international breaks are done until March so now we can get on with things completely uninterrupted……a quick round up of GW11……..EnzOh No You Didn’t remain top of the league, followed by ‘Endo the Line’, whilst in third we now have a three way tie between Might de Ligt Later, I hate Nim’bees, and Neil Madrid who also shared top score of the week with Sagsy FC on 90 points, scores which also put them top of the November stakes with two gameweeks to go………
……..both of these teams benefitting from the Salah & Fernandes double, these two were the two mainstays of FFL just a few seasons ago…….is it time to go retro?????
In the Clattenburg Trophy, last season’s champ Cook Burns Johnson kicked back and retained the lead from Men with ven…….meanwhile a new contender eased into third place, welcome to the fray Chaddy’s Champs, keep relaxing and doing nothing and see where that gets you…….
Four wildcards….pick of the bunch was Norfolk and Chance, securing an excellent 71 points transferring in Salah, Fernandes, Cunha, and Fabianski, although sadly the last two were on the bench meaning it was all slightly bittersweet…….21 points in reserve was bad, but not as bad as Dyche for England whose 36 point score for the gameweek was almost outdone by 28 points in reserve (Fabianski again, Joao Pedro, and Andersen)………however don’t worry Dontnowwhatimdoing your 32 point record score remains intact for another gameweek!…………Three bench boosts too, well done Livin’ Saliba Loca a Liam Delap powered extra 15 points was a nice bonus, it’s all about the timing with the bench boost and you timed yours well!!
Onto Gameweek 12…….. we kick off with Leicester v Chelsea on Saturday lunchtime……. that means a deadline of 11:00 on Saturday morning,…… give yourselves plenty of time to check your teams after some time away……there are lots of yellow flags as the players return from international break, albeit let’s hope all those little niggles miraculously clear up now we are back to the good stuff!! And don’t forget to double check your Vice Captain, it really can pay off……..just ask Allens hansomes….. in GW11 captain Vardy missed out through injury meaning Vice Captain Pickford got promoted for a lovely 22 point haul………very nice too!!
