Gameweek 11

The highest scoring gameweek so far, an average of 65 points, and we saw a couple of records tumble in the Evie Dove League…….first up in an eventful season for Mr 55p it was time for them to give up on their dream of landing the highest Free Hit score, as Sambuca Boys took advantage of the extra chip, and muscled in with 81 points, even affording to leave 30 points on the bench as they leapt into first spot for the £25 prize. It would be great to see this team win some money as they’ve been on the wrong side of some FPL side bets the last couple of seasons!!

After a couple of near misses in the last couple of gameweeks, we also saw the FC Touché 103 point highest gameweek score matched by so so soucek it out, so they are currently scrapping it out for the £40 prize……everyone else you have your target to aim for!

At the top of the league it is pretty much as you were, with the first two places still held by JenniFer Lopez and Warthog Dukes, with Zubi Zubi Doo entering the fray in 3rd place, whilst in the Clattenburg Trophy the top three of Chaddy’s Champs, STILL No Changes and Segnahcon continue to lazily make their way through the season just getting on with their lives while the rest of us fret over our teams!

The November stakes are also off and running and despite the looming international break it is four gameweek month, so there is plenty of time to get your act together if you are not yet featuring on the early leaderboard.

Your deadline this week is 11:00 on Saturday morning…….the big question this week is do we all just keep captaining Haaland or given he is up against an improving Liverpool defence is it time to go elsewhere for one week only? And just remember there is hope for everyone, Ruben Amorim just got the October manager of the month, so even if you are having a torrid time, better days may be on the horizon!
