Gameweek 19

One more gameweek to go in 2025, and as it turns out one more gameweek to go in December so still all to play for in the December stakes, with an almighty Holiday Extras based tussle going on at the top of the league, and whilst Jossy’s Giant who were the highest scoring team of GW18 and Ekitikie, U & I Know currently have the upper hand, Wembley shook and are still sitting on their Free Hit which could be crucial………….big day today………..play it wisely!

At the top of the league we have a new leader Tymon for Stoppages, despite leaving their two top scoring players on the bench…Keane (10 points) and Dubravka (11 points)……in good company however with a huge 93 teams in the Evie Dove League also missing out on the Burnley goalkeepers clean sheet, save and bonus points. Shame you did not have a Bench Boost, it was the biggest week of the season so for this chip with over 600,000 played, 21 of them in the Evie Dove League, and pick of the bunch was Long Pond Sports X1 bringing in an additional 31 points and powering them into the top five in the league.

On to GW19 and remember this is the last gameweek to play any outstanding chips you have remaining, after the deadline at 18:00 this evening the slate will be wiped clean and you will get a new Free Hit, Triple Captain, Bench Boost and Wildcard for use in the second half of the season.

So that’s it for 2025. It’s been a remarkable year for the Evie Dove Foundation, with over 300 heroes now created since we started in 2022….we really are making a difference, and this league alone will raise around £4,000 this year. Your involvement is massively appreciated.
