We have been overwhelmed with the generosity, strength and courage of individuals dedicating their own fundraising events to the Foundation. We’d like to thank all those who have already raised significant funds for The Evie Dove Foundation as this will help support medical professionals to continue their education in paediatric care.
If you’d like to get involved in fundraising, either as an individual or as a team, please click the links below to start setting up your own Evie Dove Foundation Enthuse page to get those sponsorships in! We are here to support you all the way so do get in touch if you need anything, including T-shirts or technical sporting equipment, or simply to be there on the day and cheer you on! Thank you.

Archie Arnold, Matthew Hay & Kameron Dowse
The Foundation’s very first fundraisers. They raised an amazing £108.33 by setting up a one minute fitness challenge for a social action project.
Archie contacted Katie to ask if it was okay to raise money having read about Evie – of course we said yes especially as this was our first ever fundraiser.
Wild Swim Warriors
Simon Hagger (one of the Foundation’s Trustees), Jim Read, Zerrin Selen, Stephen Gould and Eion Wallace took on a huge swimming challenge. The second team ever to take on a Two Way channel relay crossing from Jersey to France, and back again!
On 24th July 2022 they successfully completed their endeavour in 15 hours, 51 minutes matching the previous record time. In total they swam 65km, some of it against extreme sea conditions. They raised over £2,000 for the Foundation.

Matt Paxton – Ironman Wales
Matt (one of the Foundation’s Trustees) completed the IronMan Wales and raised over £3,000 with the support of Holiday Extras and the Pack Foundation. Matt looked so good even at the end of a full day swimming, cycling and running.
Check out his picture of crossing the finish line after 14 hours of continuous exercise, our very own Ironman!

Steve Bates – Skydive
Steve was bought a skydiving experience for Christmas and was contacted last minute on a Saturday to ask if he could do the dive on the Monday. He quickly got involved and set himself up a fundraiser page.
Thank you Steve for an amazing £530 in donations (over just 3 days!) with £108.75 in gift aid and also for doing something outside of your comfort zone for Evie, she would have been very proud of you.

Nikki Cundy – Marathon
Nikki ran a half marathon in aid of The Evie Dove Foundation raising over £1,100. Another amazing amount and well done Nikki on completing the half marathon.
Josh Boorer – Charity Football Tournament
Josh Boorer arranged a Charity Football Match at Holiday Extras. He also organised a charity cake sale at the same time.
Josh raised £500 with gift aid of £61.75. The first ever Charity Football match for the Foundation – thank you so much for supporting us.
