With your permission we would like to feature a brief bio of you within The Evie Dove Foundation website, in relevant social media posts and newsletters to supporters. Together with a small selection of photos that you are happy with and provide. The information will only be used to showcase your commitment and professionalism, your reasons for applying to the Foundation and how our support will contribute to your career and impact.

    Please attach between 3 and 5 photos that you feel happy with being on the website and in social media/newsletters. One of these we will choose as a “headshot” for your Bio, and the will feature in social media posts and to support your detailed Bio content. Photos can be in a work/hospital setting and/or reflecting your personal life, interests. We would request photos only of yourself in the shot so we know we have full permission to use them! Photos should ideally be jpegs, at least 1200px wide or tall and under 10mb in file size. For the headshot, try and get your whole head in the shot, leaving plenty of space for us to crop the image.
